WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR GAS SAFETY CHECKS?
As per the Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations 1998, landlords are required to arrange gas safety checks for gas appliances in their rental properties. They must also give tenants a copy of the gas safety certificate within 28 days.
